Driftless Ranch Wisconsin is a hunting paradise in the picturesque Driftless Area of Wisconsin. Our ranch provides a unique hunting experience that can be enjoyed from August to January. We offer the opportunity to pursue four distinct species: whitetail, elk, fallow, and red stag.
Whitetail Deer Hunting
At Driftless Ranch, whether you are looking to hunt a giant whitetail in velvet, or hunt the rut when the bucks are fighting and chasing does, we’ve got an exciting hunt for you. Our team has set up blinds and stands strategically across the property to provide the best hunting experience for all hunters. The diverse terrain of the ranch, which includes deep valleys, wooded areas, as well as open meadows, provides a great hunting environment for all skill levels. We also offer spot and stalk hunts, and safari style in one of our six seater Can Ams.

- Rut: October 25th-November 10th

Elk Hunting
Driftless Ranch provides the opportunity for elk hunting. Our ranch provides hunters with an opportunity to hunt the elk in multiple seasons. The unique topography of Driftless Ranch provides excellent vantage points for spotting elk in their natural habitat.

- Rut: September 15th-October 15th
- Post rut: Late October-early February
Tips: Adjust your hunting techniques based on the elk’s behavior in different seasons. From hunting the rut, where you can listen to them bugle and call them in, to serene winter hunting in the snow, elk at Driftless Ranch are available from late summer to January

Set up in areas where fallow deer are likely to transition between different habitats and be prepared for a stealthy approach to increase your chances of success.
Red Stag Hunting
Red stag hunting at Driftless Ranch is an exhilarating experience. The majestic presence of these animals provides an exciting hunting experience for multiple seasons. Our ranch provides the perfect environment for red stag hunting, with diverse terrain and strategic stand locations.
